AppDay
24 hours of coding, chaos and pizza: Are you up to the challenge of developing an app with your team at the AppDay?
At the AppDay, you have 24 hours to code an application on a still secret topic. To make this event more interesting, there are varied challenges that give you a small advantage. The event will take place on 30 June at 15:37 in the Konrad-Zuse-Haus (KZH) in Albert-Einstein-Straße 22. The application to be programmed can be created for any end device and in any form. No matter if it is a website, smartphone app, desktop application or other.
To take part in the AppDay, you need a team of a maximum of 4 people, who do not even have to be computer science students. Each team will be provided with its own room at the KZH and food will be provided in the form of pizza. You have to bring your own devices. The registration can be submitted until the start of the AppDay here: https://files.studicloud.uni-rostock.de/apps/forms/s/42mrwYtA9JJjCG6tXWE8PDS2
All in all, you don’t have to be a very experienced programmer to take part in this event. Therefore, the AppDay is a chance to put your knowledge, skills and creativity to the test and/or to expand them.
If you have any questions, just write to us at veranstaltung.fsr.inf@uni-rostock.de. We look forward to your participation.
